The Renovation
From the start, the focus of the renovation was to preserve the original character of the home while making necessary updates throughout. Original pine floors were maintained across the home, with the kitchen as the only exception. New drywall was installed throughout, along with fresh interior and exterior paint.
In addition, all windows were replaced and major systems were fully updated, bringing consistency and function to the home while respecting its historic structure.
Landscaping
The property offers a clean foundation for future landscaping, with a new front design currently underway to enhance the entrance and overall curb appeal. The design is inspired by historic photos of the home, while the remaining grounds are left open for personal vision.

Kitchen
The kitchen was fully reimagined as a large, functional space for gathering and entertaining, with custom sage cabinetry, Ubatuba countertops, and brushed gold fixtures. A peninsula anchors the space, and new flooring sourced from a historic building complements the home’s character.

Accessory Building
The accessory building was stabilized with a new roof and now serves as a spacious carport with room for multiple vehicles. An additional enclosed area remains in a raw, unfinished state, offering flexible potential for a future studio, workshop, or additional living space.
