Front Facade
The front of the home was carefully restored with attention to both structure and detail. The porch and balcony were rebuilt with new floorboards and railings, while the original brick stairs were repaired to maintain their presence at the entrance. The decorative trim along the upper balcony was preserved and repaired, retaining one of the home’s original architectural details.
The exterior was painted in a clean white, with a red front door that adds contrast and a sense of arrival. The original brick skirting, which had deteriorated over time, was replaced with vertical wood boards and finished in a dark charcoal tone, giving the base of the home a more cohesive and stable appearance.
Gutters were added to both the front and back of the house, completing the exterior work and helping protect the structure moving forward.
