We became fast friends right from the beginning. He is kind, thoughtful, meticulous in his work, and someone who truly cares about what he does and the people around him.

Form & Function
Antony Hopkins is the owner and sole operator of Form and Function Construction LLC, specializing in thoughtful renovations that balance craftsmanship with modern living. Originally from the United Kingdom, he moved to the United States in 2016 and became a naturalized citizen in 2025.
As the lead contractor on this 1890s property, Antony—known to many as “Tinny”—managed every stage of the renovation, from structural restoration to final detailing. His approach centers on preserving the character and integrity of historic homes while adapting them to meet the expectations of modern life—bringing together durability, function, and clean, intentional design.
With a hands-on background in construction, he is known for his attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way. In addition to his client work, he designed and built his own home—a custom shipping container residence complete with a container pool—reflecting his ability to merge practical building knowledge with innovative design.
His work is driven by a simple principle: well-built spaces should not only last, but also serve the way people live today.
