Mudroom/Laundry Room

The laundry and mudroom is located just off the kitchen, with direct access to the back deck. The space was reworked to improve interior function, including relocating the water heater beneath the house to allow for more usable room inside.

It now includes washer and dryer hookups and continues the same hardwood flooring used in the kitchen, sourced from a historic building in Alabama. The electrical panel is also housed here, keeping key systems easily accessible while maintaining a clean interior layout.
