Kitchen

The kitchen was reworked to improve both layout and function, creating a more open flow that connects to a breakfast nook and mudroom. A peninsula was added where a dividing wall once stood, helping define the space while allowing for gathering and everyday use. French doors open directly to the deck, extending the kitchen into the outdoor living area.

The space is finished with sage green cabinetry featuring soft-close drawers and pull-out storage, paired with Ubatuba granite countertops and a tile backsplash. Flooring sourced from a historic manufacturing building in Chattanooga brings additional character, tying the kitchen to the age of the home.

All appliances are new GE Profile stainless steel, with brushed gold fixtures and hardware throughout, creating a cohesive and updated finish.
