Systems

The home’s systems were fully updated, including the addition of central HVAC with separate units for the main level and upstairs. All electrical and plumbing were replaced, along with new insulation in the attic, a new hot water heater, and an RV electrical hookup installed.

Gutters were added to the home, and the main house roof was installed prior to purchase with permit records indicating 2024. The accessory building roof was also replaced during the course of the renovation.
