Accessory Building
The accessory building was stabilized with a new roof after significant damage had caused portions of the original structure to collapse. It now functions as a multi-car carport set on a concrete slab, providing covered parking and additional exterior utility space.
Attached to the carport is an enclosed area that appears to have previously been used as a working studio, with remnants of a darkroom still visible, including old negatives and equipment. The space retains existing plumbing, with a bathroom area that includes a toilet, shower, and sink, along with a secondary room that also has a sink.
While the interior has not been finished out, it remains as a raw and flexible space that could be adapted into a studio, workshop, or small apartment, depending on future needs.
