Foundation and Structure

The original brick piers supporting the home remained solid, with reinforcement focused primarily beneath the rear addition where settling had occurred over time. Select areas were stabilized and brought back into alignment to support the overall structure.

Additional structural work included reinforcing and replacing joists, along with new framing in portions of the kitchen and select areas upstairs. Any compromised wood was removed and replaced, ensuring a sound and stable foundation throughout the home.
